In a small time period we've seen our son improve his focus and develop confidence. I must say, I am impressed!

Patrick, my 10 year old son, has learned so much in his two years of classes at the Georgia Karate Academy; Patrick has learned a lot about physical fitness, self-defense and self-discipline. Patrick has also learned a lot of invaluable life lessons such as goal setting, working towards the goal, accomplishing the goal, and setting another goal!

I am a retired Air Force Major and also have an academic background in education. It is my professional opinion that the methods of instruction used at the Georgia Karate Academy properly target the mental and physical capacities of each age group. And the karate and self defense taught at this karate club is realistically applicable for everyone regardless of gender: kids, teens, college students, and adults!

My daughther was a bit nervous when she started taking karate classes. But I have seen her grow to love the classes, and her nervousness has turned into confidence! Her self esteem and ability to focus has also improved. We are very happy with everything she is learning at the Georgia Karate Academy!
